1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Analyze My Debt (the "Service") at analyzemydebt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Analyze My Debt is a web-based loan analysis and management tool that allows users to:

  • Track and manage multiple loans
  • Calculate EMI (Equated Monthly Installments)
  • Analyze prepayment scenarios
  • Visualize loan repayment schedules
  • Export personal data

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • Calculations are estimates: EMI calculations, interest projections, and prepayment scenarios are approximations. Actual amounts may vary based on your lender's calculation methods, fees, and other factors.
  • Not a replacement for professional advice: You should always consult with qualified financial advisors, chartered accountants, tax professionals, or your lending institution before making any financial decisions.
  • Your responsibility: Any financial decisions you make based on information from this Service are made at your own risk and discretion.
  • No guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or information provided.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
  • Maintain the security of your Google account used to access the Service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Verify all calculations independently before making financial decisions

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in your Profile page. Upon deletion:

  • All your personal data will be permanently deleted
  • All your loan data and prepayment scenarios will be removed
  • This action cannot be undone

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • The developer, owner, and operators of this Service shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages for financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
  • BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO INITIATE ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, LAWSUITS, ARBITRATION, OR CLAIMS AGAINST THE DEVELOPER, OWNER, OR OPERATORS OF THIS SERVICE IN ANY COURT OF LAW, TRIBUNAL, OR FORUM, WHETHER IN INDIA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION WORLDWIDE.

If you do not agree with this limitation of liability, you must immediately cease using the Service and delete your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer, owner, and operators of the Service from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by the developers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any loan data and information you input into the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the limitation of liability and waiver provisions above, any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of the Service without notice. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
